Kubbi Shipping Policy

All Kubbi products are shipped from our warehouse in Carryduff, Northern Ireland, and delivered across the Republic of Ireland. Because goods move freely between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, there are no customs charges or import fees on your order — the price you pay at checkout is the full amount.

Delivery Options

You can choose from two delivery options at checkout:

• 48-Hour Tracked Delivery (Paid)

  For fast delivery, select our 48-hour tracked service. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on working days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays or during weekends will be dispatched the next working day (usually Monday).

• 3-5 Working Day Delivery (Free)

  Our standard tracked delivery service takes 3 to 5 working days and is free of charge.

Please Note

• Many of our products are large items. Occasionally, deliveries may take a little longer than the stated times due to courier network factors.
• Over the past 12 months, we have maintained a 99.4% on-time delivery rate.
• Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email.
